Their is multiple ways to wires your headlights options.

some people wire them to the fog lights , or a remote switch or even the ecu.

only 2 wires to connect. (in-line fuse recommended)

we sell our halo plug-n-play harness.

it works in conjonction with the Parking Light 

and the Turn Signal.

The Halo Plug-N-Play harness is optional.

if you have some electrical skills , we will personally guide you through the process to wired them.

an inline fuse is recommended  during installation to a switch or ecu.
